Description: Asset reliability is the foundation of every plants overall equipment effectiveness, but is often approached as a commodity. The savvy leader must create value by embedding a RCM culture in their processes. The reality of developing a robust RCM culture at the plant level takes two to three years of strategic leadership commitment to the organization.
Conrad's Bio: Conrad Coles came to infralogix after twenty-two years of experience in the Maintenance & Reliability Engineering field. At The College of William & Mary’s Mason School of business, he is currently enrolled in the Masters of Business Administration program with an expected graduation date of May 2012. He completed the Certification for Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) in December 2011 and is an active member of the Society of Maintenance and Reliability Professionals (SMRP). Before pursuing his MBA, he graduated from Old Dominion University with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering OTS (Occupational and Technical Studies), and served in the United States Air Force and Air National Guard.
His professional career outside of academia includes Sabra Dipping Company where he developed a foundation technical team culture for a new division plant start-up with PepsiCo; Sonoco Packaging Products where he utilized Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) strategies, while fostering a sustainable culture of Asset Care Management and Continuous Improvements. His manufacturing experience also includes Miller Brewing Company, Anheuser-Busch, Munck Automated Technology and Canon Virginia.
Conrad was inspired to join infralogix to support a diverse customer base, utilizing his experience and education as a guide to reaching optimal efficiency in equipment and system reliability.
