Lubrication Analysis

 Lubrication controls friction between moving parts to reduce wear and improve equipment efficiency. Sampling the lubricant (oil) for condition, contaminants and wear particles can provide useful data on lubricant and machine condition.  In-service lubricant test results take into account the health of the equipment and the integrity of the oil. When trended over time, this data is often a valuable tool for monitoring equipment condition.
