·  Training services – We will train your workforce on how to best use your CMMS.

· CMMS support services – Need to perform a CMMS overhaul?  Need to upload new assets or new Bills of Material (BOM)?  From implementation to sustainment, infralogix can help you optimize your CMMS.

Minimum Asset Care Standard (MACS) Support

MACS is a process designed to help facilities manage equipment by rating assets according to their overall criticality in reference to workflow, production and replacement costs.  By establishing a hierarchy of equipment priority, resources can be reallocated, spare part stocking strategies can be reevaluated and critical components will receive the proper care they deserve.

Our MACS process is implemented in 3 Phases:

·  Phase 1 – System Assessment: infralogix will evaluate and rate the current state of your system to identify areas where improvements need to be made, as well as areas that are better off than originally thought.

·  Phase 2 – Equipment Field Verification and Criticality Exercise: Our Field Technicians will field-verify every asset in your facility by gathering vital maintenance-related data that is easily uploaded into your CMMS.  We will then, with the help of your Subject Matter Experts, assign a criticality rating to each piece of equipment.

·  Phase 3 – Implementation and Sustainment: Contingent upon its criticality assignment, a Bill of Material, Spare Part Strategy, Maintenance Plan and Predictive Maintenance Recommendation will be given for each asset involved in the MACS process.  Finally, you will be given a comprehensive final report that highlights the “before and after” as well as an accurate ROI and Cost Avoidance projection. (Not sure which one is being given to clients).
